Entry are accepted on the day, though to avoid disappointment please return your entry form as soon as possiable.

The catagories are : Fastest Overall, Fastest Lady, Fastest Team - (fastest 3 times taken from team entry of 4 : min 3), Fastest Veteran Male & Female, Fastest Fowey Postal Aera, Fastest Boy - Under 16, Fastest Girl - Under 16.

Triathlon Distances

Swim 600m from Fowey to Polruan : Open Swim

Cycle 29k from Polruan to Lostwithiel : Public Highways

Run 12k from Lostwithiel to Fowey : Public Highways

To enter the 2008 Triathlon please download the entry form, rules and course map.

Please return your entry form by Post only, with compeleted cheque for the correct amount. Apon the recepit of your entry form, confirmation of your entry will be sent by post after the draw takes place, by the 24th August 2008

On arrival on Sunday Morning please sign in on Fowey Town Quay. You will be given your competitor pack.
